If you are looking for an estimate we provide a free visual/verbal rough estimate of the damage. We could also do a written estimate for a $145 and when you dropped off your vehicle to us we will reimburse the $145 to the repairs.
Where Do I Get A Claim Number?
Claim numbers are issued by the insurance company at the time you report the accident.
Just jot the number down and bring it in with you. We will take care of the rest.
Can You Match The Paint Color?
We have made major investments in our paint systems, technology, equipment and paint booths to ensure that we provide, not only an excellent match to your vehicle's color, but also a beautiful finish that is second to none.
How Long Will The Repairs To My Vehicle Take?
At the completion of the estimate, you’re advisor will give an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to you’re vehicle.
How Will I Know When My Vehicle Is Completed?
We will notify you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Feel free to contact us during the repair process, if you have any questions or concerns.

How Can I Get A Rental Car?
If you need a rental car, we can schedule you one with Enterprise when you arrive. Check with your insurance company to find out if you have rental car coverage and if there are any specific limitations. Then give us a call to set an appointment and we will have a car waiting for you.

Can I Get A Ride Home When I Drop Of My Vehicle?
Absolutely. We are happy to provide this service to you within 5 mile radius from our shop.
When Can I Wash My Vehicle?
For the first 30 days you can wash your vehicle with cool water, mild soap and a soft cloth or sponge.
Be sure to wash it in the shade. DO NOT USE A COMMERCIAL CAR WASH! Also, avoid parking under trees. The sap and bird droppings can spot the new finish.
DO NOT WAX FOR 90 Days. DO NOT COVER YOUR VEHICLE WITH A CAR COVER. The paint needs to cure and harden before you wax.
